"The bag is great. Quality and feel is great. I love it. Some things I would change? You keep sending me the SAME sticker. That’s annoying. I’ve always opted to upgrade from balm to the butter. But you send me balm as the free mystery gift? I didn’t care for that. HOWEVER. I do love your oil. I love your butter. They work great and smell excellent. The ox horn comb is thee best comb I’ve ever used. Boar brush is really soft and nice to use. The scissors aren’t the sharpest. All in all. I would buy again if I needed to. Please send me a different sticker in my next order. No more balm mystery gift either. Ok. Love you ! Bye!"
