All orders are processed and shipped via USPS within 2 business day! Additional processing and shipping time may occur during peak Holiday shopping Thanksgiving through Christmas, or if there is an issue with the address- in which case we will contact you immediately for correction. Badass Beard Care business hours are Monday through Friday 9am - 4pm PST and closed on federal holidays.

Shipping within the US with USPS First Class Mail, $4.99, or $8.99 for USPS Priority Mail of any weight. International Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Standard shipping - takes an average of 4-8 business days in transit after order processing.

Priority Shipping - takes 2-4 business days in transit after order processing. Shipment timeline is determined by USPS and is not guaranteed and may take longer during peak Holiday shopping times.

International shipping - time is determined by your local customs office. Packages typically take 7-30 business days to arrive. Badass Beard Care is not responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees, or shipping fees assessed by your customs or local postal service. Please check with your local customs and postal service to determine if there will be any additional fees before ordering.

For lost or delayed packages - Badass Beard Care will assist to the best of our abilities to track and locate packages, but most matters can be resolved quickly with your local post office. If a package is 4 or more business days late and your local USPS has failed to give a current location or updated delivery estimate, we will re-ship your package at no charge to you. We just ask that if/when a second package arrives that you refuse delivery and return to sender.
