We make small batch orders every day to ensure that the product you receive is fresh and at its Badass prime. Orders typically ship next business day, but we strive to get orders out within hours. During peak holiday days, items may take a little longer to ship.

International shipments may take up to 30 business days to arrive at their destination; however, we often see these shipments arrive within two weeks. For EU customers we have listed some of our products on Amazon EU. We sincerely wish we could get those packages to their destinations faster, but due to ship times, Customs, and a number of other factors, we cannot guarantee a faster delivery time. Every beard is different, and a little oil or balm goes a long way. We have found the best way to apply balm or oil is the apply just a little at a time. After running your hands through your beard, they shouldn't appear to have any excess oil or balm on them. If they do, you've probably used too much and should brush your beard with a boars hair brush to remove excess product and you can remove any excess from your hands by running them through your hair. An average size (1-2 inch) beard only needs around 4-6 drops of oil or a dime size amount of balm, though some people like to use or may require more. Our 1 oz tin of balm should last the average beard about a month while the 1 oz oil should last longer. Larger, man sized beards may require more and can take advantage of our man size 2 oz balms to get more bang for their buck.

Beard Balms: Shea butter, cocoa butter, beeswax, coconut oil and every oil that is in our beard oil. Beard Waxes: Same ingredients as the balm, but with lanolin and a higher concentration of wax. Beard Oils (except Secret Agent): Apricot oil, argan oil, jojoba oil, pure vitamin E oil, rosemary oil, eucalyptus oil, and tea tree oil. Mustache Wax: Shea butter, coconut oil, cocoa butter, yellow beeswax, lanolin, and every oil that is in our beard oil. Scents: We use all natural essential oils and absolutes that are both functional and smell great. Our beard balms and oils may also contain cedarwood oil, sandalwood oil, vanilla absolute, lemon oil, ylang ylang oil, pine oil, patchouli oil, cinnamon leaf oil, sweet orange oil, peppermint oil, bay leaf oil, lime oil, clove oil, white fir oil, earl grey tea extract, lavender oil, tobacco absolute, black pepper oil, coffee oil, lemongrass oil, grapefruit oil, and citronella oil.Our Secret Agent formula is void of any scented oils, including the rosemary, eucalyptus, and tea tree oil found in all of our other oils and balms.
