When should I start using it?
As soon as you start growing. Our oils and balms not only help existing beards become badass versions of themselves, but also makes your skin more healthy to facilitate faster and thicker hair growth and reduce dry itchy skin for new beards.
How much do I use? How long will the oil or balm last me?
Every beard is different, and a little oil or balm goes a long way. We have found the best way to apply balm or oil is the apply just a little at a time. After running your hands through your beard, they shouldn't appear to have any excess oil or balm on them. If they do, you've probably used too much and should brush your beard with a boars hair brush to remove excess product and you can remove any excess from your hands by running them through your hair. An average size (1-2 inch) beard only needs around 4-6 drops of oil or a dime size amount of balm, though some people like to use or may require more. Our 1 oz tin of balm should last the average beard about a month while the 1 oz oil should last longer. Larger, man sized beards may require more and can take advantage of our man size 2 oz balms to get more bang for their buck.

If I cant grow a beard or my beard is patchy, will this give me the beard I desperately want?
Our products contain essential oils that increase blood flow to the area it is applied which helps facilitate hair growth, and oils that nourish and smooth hair to reduce the amount of hair lost naturally while brushing or combing. We also have a men's multivitamin called Chuck's Essentials that pack a men's daily vitamin along with biotin, folic acid, omega 3, vitamin E, and several other vitamins to help with healthy hair and skin.
When will my order ship?
We make small batch orders every day to ensure that the product you receive is fresh and at its Badass prime. Orders typically ship next business day, but we strive to get orders out within hours. During peak holiday days, items may take a little longer to ship.
I want to try your products, but I don't know what I want and I don't want to buy 1 of everything.
We didn't know what we wanted either, which is why we have so many awesome scents to chose from! We have trial sizes available here that should last 2-7 days each (depending on size of beard) so you can try all of our scents without breaking the bank. You can even try 1 of every scent with our Ultimate Trial Kit.
How do I apply the oil or balm?
You can put drops of oil on your fingers or directly into the beard and then massage in just like the balm. Take an appropriately sized amount of balm or oil and rub between your fingers until it melts completely, then massage into your beard starting at the roots. For best results, brush the products through your beard to evenly distribute them and use a wood or ox-horn comb to style.
