Let me start out by saying I have been using this for about 20 days. I get dirty, grimy, greasy, and soot covered (wood boiler). Maybe, not all the time. However, when I do I need a good scrubbing. This doesn't fill the bill for me. I have to use it 2-3 times. To be fair, sometimes I have to use others 2 times. I have NO ISSUE with this product for what it is. Its a great affordable beard wash for normal dirt. Not Doug's dirt :) I like the scent, I like the cost , I like the customer service! However, I want stuff for Doug's dirt! I need a beard shampoo that ticks all the boxes as this does plus scrubs and cleans heavy duty. Like cleans grease and grim from a mechanic, welder, oil field worker, and military after days in the field or no water on ship. That's what I would like. This isn't it. If you sell one please point me in the direction so I can buy it! If you don't can you? Pretty please? Thanks Doug
