Originally I purchased this product. I left feedback I didn't like the smell. I didn't blame BABC . Then customer service reached out to me and let me pick another scent, I chose Royal Knight. So I received the balm and opened it up. At first I wasn't sure if I was keen on the scent because it was different than what I normally use. But you know what, it grew on me quickly and has become one of my favorites and my wife is a fan as well. As far as hold it works good for me as I don't have a real long beard but definitely does the job and adds a nice shine!
